Engagement Session Temecula | Ricky & Cindy
As Jemika and Marshawn plan the details of their dream wedding, the next step was to capture their love and lifestyle during this special stage in their lives. What attracted the fashion forward to our portfolio was the fresh, lively, up to date quality of the styling and post production of our imagery.
The engaged couple envisioned a shoot where they could be themselves surrounded by the things they love. The outfits they chose complimented one another and reflected their typical ‘out on a date’ look.

Michael and Kristin’s wanted a personalized editorial theme for their West Hollywood engagement session photography. The staff at The Hudson, Los Angeles was so gracious to open the gorgeous restaurant for the engaged couple to have to themselves. Featuring a live tree growing indoors, brick walls and the stunning decor (many inspirational decor ideas – now how can we get a tree in our house?) and the environment Kristin and Michael have shared many many good times at. We’re so glad we got to meet this wonderful couple and can’t wait for their upcoming wedding. Thank you to The Hudson for sharing your space with us, it made Kristin and Michael’s day – they were all smiles!

Glenn and Danielle’s romantic themed San Diego engagement session tied into the style of their wedding and incorporated their interests into the photography. The couple’s wedding colors are blush and silver/white with mercury glass and lace accents. Danielle’s dress was a perfect choice for the shoot, and her idea of incorporating lace accents into the Save the Date cards brought it all together! Sushi is one of the fun foods the couple enjoys together, and bringing along their sushi set and sharing a bite al fresco brought many candid smiles our way. Everytime we look at these engagement session photos we can’t help but notice how easy it is for them to smile when in each other’s arms. We’re anticipating their upcoming wedding at the gorgeous Green Gables wedding estate.
Check out their custom designed Save the Date cards, love how they turned out!

We had a unique request for this San Diego engagement session. Kelsey and Brian’s wedding theme is ‘A Journey In Time’ and the idea was to incorporate the engagement session into this theme. The couple was looking to tell the story of how they met through images that symbolize the progression of their relationship. This was their vision:
We want the session to tell our story, and subsequent theme for our wedding (‘A Journey In Time), subliminally through a ‘flow’ or ‘progression’ of shots that symbolically represent the timeline of our relationship. To help best explain this, I’ll give you an example of the linear stages of our relationship, what it symbolizes or it’s significance, and the key shot(s) we’re envisioning…
Below are a few of the images from the shoot, our interpretation. We had fun with this unique engagement session at The Embarcadero, in San Diego. Oh, and the restaurant we photographed in, the Fish Market was where Kelsey and Brian had their first date! The staff was especially accommodating, and not only gave us free reign but was super friendly too!
